一、个人简介:
郑伟,男,1990年4月生,河北唐山人,副教授,博士。中国现代苹果产业体系岗位科学家团队成员、中国土壤学会会员、中国植物营养与肥料学会会员、陕西省科技特派员、Frontiers in Microbiology编委、iMeta和土壤通报青年编委、国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家、教育部学位中心通讯评审专家。Global Change Biology、Soil Biology and Biochemistry、Science of the Total Environment等期刊审稿人。
二、研究方向:
主要研究方向为土壤微生物生态与植物营养。
1. 具体关注苹果园耕作措施、苹果产区生态环境污染对土壤微生物多样性-土壤多功能性耦合关系的影响机制。
2. 从营养的角度探究土壤微生物多样性对苹果园地力和产能协同提升的关键作用。
3. 基于大数据分析探究土壤微生物对环境气候变化的响应趋势。
主要采用微生物组学、宏基因组学、代谢组学、大数据联合分析等技术揭示1)长期有机无机肥配施下的土壤、植物微生物组构建及对土壤养分循环、地力提升和作物养分吸收的影响;2)全国苹果主产区微生物群落演替机制、对环境污染和气候变化的响应及与果园地力和产能的关系;3)全球不同耕作模式下农业微生物组对气候变化的响应。先后在Soil Biology and Biochemistry, Geoderma, Biology and Fertility of Soils, Applied Soil Ecology, Science of the Total Environment等国内外著名期刊发表文章40余篇。
